Thank you for choosing MagSafe Cases. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process to ensure your peace of mind.


30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days from the purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip with the return.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us:
    Email our returns team at info@MagSafeCases.co.uk to start the return process.

  2. Get Authorization:
    Once approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed return instructions.

  3. Package the Item:
    Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories.

  4. Mark the Package:
    Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the package.

  5. Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You’ll be notified via email when the return is received.

  • We will inform you whether the return has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to your original method of payment (e.g. card, Shop Pay, etc.).

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the funds to your account.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@MagSafeCases.co.uk with a description and photos of the issue. We’ll resolve the matter as quickly as possible, either by refund or replacement.


Exchanges

We do offer direct exchanges at anytime.
If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original product for a refund and placing a new order for the item you prefer.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Used or opened products more than 30 Days

  • Gift cards or promotional giveaways
