How quickly can you answer my question?
We aim to respond to all emails within 1–2 business days during our customer support hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT).
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
If you need to update your shipping address, please email us as soon as possible at info@MagSafeCases.co.uk with your name and order number. While we’ll do our best to assist, address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been packed or shipped.
How long is the processing period?
Our handling time is 0–1 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) are processed the next business day.
How long does shipping take?

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order anytime via our tracking portal on the website. Just enter your tracking number to see the latest shipping status.
Will my order come in one package?
Depending on your order size or contents, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. If so, you’ll receive individual tracking details for each shipment.
What happens if an item is out of stock or backordered?
If an item is unavailable, we will notify you by email. If restocking takes longer than 2 weeks, we will issue a full refund for the affected item(s).
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us at info@MagSafeCases.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll help you right away.
What if an item is missing or damaged in my order?
If something is missing or arrives damaged, please reach out within 30 days of delivery at info@MagSafeCases.co.uk. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.
Can I exchange an item?
We do offer exchanges at anytime. If you would like a different product, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped, you can request a cancellation by emailing info@MagSafeCases.co.uk. Once your order is dispatched, it can only be returned under our regular return policy.
